I’ve had a difficult even finding an independent owned company to install a complete H\VAC system. Ryan doesn’t install the type of system I need but was very up front and honest about that. I noticed he has great reviews about fixing incorrect installed heated floors and driveways. He was able to give me a few different locally owned H/VAC companies that haven’t been bought out by corporations disguising their selves as small businesses. Thank you Ryan for being so honest and ethical in today’s world.

Ryan was highly recommended by another local hvac company that did not service my particular brand boiler for my in-floor heating system. Contacted Promax and Ryan did his best to fit me in his tight schedule as winter was around the corner. He identified the problem, ordered the appropriate parts and completed the service. Unfortunately, my boiler and system was thirty years old and suffered an unrelated issue months later and with Ryan’s advice decided to move forward with a complete replacement. Ryan, with over 30 yrs experience, and his team gathered all the required parts and equipment, arrived when scheduled and completed the installation in a very professional manor - his attention to the nuances/details was impressive and I felt the installation was at a level as if he were installing it at his own house. Additionally, he rerouted and improved the logistics of my water heater and h2o softener, as to make the utility room clutter free and tight. Like most things these days, it wasn’t cheap but I would highly recommend Ryan and Promax - true professionals.

Ryan and his crew were phenomenal! Our original electrically heated driveway at Schweitzer began to fail and was unrepairable after 10 years. After researching companies, we landed on ProMax for the new hydronic install. In addition to the newly expanded driveway, we added our entryway stairs to the heated area, which Ryan was happy to help with it. Also, due to some constraints from the concrete company, Ryan stepped up and procured a driveway drain and installed that himself. He kept in contact with me throughout the project and was responsive to minor issues that came up after install. I would highly recommend ProMax for this kind of work!!
